Founder, women’s health advocate, product-based brand builder, media & partnerships strategist, and the person behind OURbody.
After launching OURbody in October 2025, I built credibility fast, securing multiple media features, appearing on podcasts across the UK, US, and Canada, and signing a Forbes Africa product + editorial partnership. That experience made something clear: product-based founders don’t need more noise, they need sharper positioning, a story that travels, and a strategy that turns visibility into real opportunities.
Today, I’m building OURbody as a modern women’s wellness brand focused on hormonal health, advocacy, and helping women feel confident navigating their care. In parallel, through The Founders Studio, I support product-based founders with brand strategy, messaging, and placement, so their brands are taken seriously by customers, media, partners, and retailers.
With a background in brand storytelling, strategic outreach, and building momentum from the ground up, I help founders clarify what they stand for, communicate it with confidence, and build credibility that lasts, without relying on a massive following.
